Colour Energy is a self-empowerment concept created by renowned colour expert, Inger Naess. Her philosophy is that knowledge of “one's self” is essential for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

She has written two books, several booklets and conducted many courses, seminars and lectures internationally. Decades of research and experience lead her towards the understanding of personal energy development. She believes that without personal power, we have no personal identity.

Inger Naess is founder of Colour Energy Education Systems , where the understanding of "colour energies" creates the foundation for mastering one's own energies. She has also developed two personal self-discovery courses: "Colour Energy Management" and "The Power of Seven".
